함께 만들어가는 안전한 사업장

우수하고 안전한 사업장을 만들기 위해 임직원이 함께 생산 현장을 점검하며 활발히 소통하는 ‘동화기업 5S TOP 진단’. 지난 10월 양일에 걸쳐 총 25명의 임원진이 인천, 아산, 논산 지역 전체 사업장의 생산 부서 9개 공장을 진단했다. 

먼저 10월 19일에는 동화일렉트로라이트, 아산MDF공장, 태양합성에 대한 점검이 이루어졌다. 10월 21일에는 동화PB공장, 대성PB공장, 보드화학공장 등 북성동과 MDF2/가공보드공장, 표면재/화학생산공장, 강화마루공장 등 가좌동을 둘러보는 일정이었다.

이번 평가는 전체 9개 공장을 보드 부문과 화학/건장재 부문 등 두 개 그룹으로 나누어 ‘정리, 정돈, 청소, 청결, 생활화, 안전’ 등의 항목을 진단하는 방식으로 이루어졌다. 모바일 팀즈를 통해 점수를 매긴 결과 전 공장 모두 높은 점수로 포상을 받았다. 동화는 앞으로도 현장 경영을 통해 각 사업장이 더욱 안전하고 효율적인 일터가 되도록 힘쓸 예정이다.

Safe workplaces created together

Dongwha Enterprise’s 5S TOP Audit is aimed at creating safe and outstanding workplaces by inspecting worksites and improving communication among employees. On October 19 and 21, 25 executives inspected nine factories at all production sites in Incheon, Asan and Nonsan. On October 19, they inspected Dongwha Electrolyte, the Asan MDF factory and TaeYang Chemical. On October 21 they visited Bukseong-dong to inspect the Dongwha PB factory, the board chemical factory, and the Daesung PB factory, and Gajwa-dong to check on the 2nd MDF and processed board factories, the surface materials and chemical production factories, and the laminate flooring factory. 

The inspected factories were divided into two groups, boards and chemical/construction materials, to assess their organization, cleanliness, routine and safety. The results were posted on the mobile Teams. All of the factories received excellent scores.
